Give links to components. Or an approximate description. What motors did you use for this project? Thank.

Appoigies but i have been suffering with ill health so have not finished the instructions fully i hope to get them finished in the new year now i have started a new treatment which touch wood seems to be working the motors are pretty much up to you and what you intend to do with the cnc if pcb or wood you can use a smaller stepper aliminuim you need more torque the motors i have used initially were
which i had left over from a 3d printer project which did for pcb i switched them out for 09deg steppers again for pcb
gave much better accuracy with for pcb and wood engraving used an arduino with cnc shield the last change was to put in larger motors

Hi, are you using Arduino Uno and Cnc Shield for this ?

Appoligies for the delay yes i was using uno and cnc shield with grbl but i swapped it out in my last mods as i put larger torque motors in so had to use TB6600 drivers so they were hard wired to the uno. i was also porting grbl to the stm32 when my health deteriated it which i hope to finish in the new year

This looks great. One tip if you want. In Fusion360 you can share a public link by right clicking on the project and select share public link. This will link to the latest version so you don't have to keep updating Thingiverse, just share the link. Again great looking design, I'm sure I've got parts enough to try this out.

Thanks for the tip. i've a few additions that i need to finish drawing , which have been waiting for a while but didn't have good winter health wise so got a bit behind on the mend now so will be back up and running

Very nice design!
I have 2020 from a dead machine and most hardware in stock so I'll try it very soon and keep you posted.
Thanks for sharing and for the amazing documentation effort.

thanks zig zag the docs our bot quite complete as mentioned above had a bout of illness which i'm now over so will get them finished shortley as well as finishing the wifi control software and the pendant which needs a respin on the back case there's also a control case and mount which i need to tidy the drawings as theres a couple of variants with arduino and cnc shield running grbl i also ported grbl to the stm32f7 nucleo board and also a mega variant all hook into an esp32 for wifi control or bluetooth even started an android app but that will be a but further down the line
