wall too thin, fail and fail print

Wall thickness is 1.2mm. For 0.4mm nozzle, that's 3 passes which should be easily printed and structurally sound. Many of us print calibration parts with 0.4mm wall thickness. I've printed 3 of these parts on a Prusa i3 MK2 and one on a Printrbot Play without problems. I would suggest you check your slicer to insure you're not getting hollow sides due to Extrusion Multiplier or Extrusion Width settings. I'm sure your Ultimaker 3 Extended (your listed printer) can handle printing this part if properly sliced and set up.

I think the whole enclosure wall thickness should be larger. not need to save little filament.
it is not matter of the printer can print it or not.
of course, thanks
