How did you print those rubber/step parts? When using repetier host, it lifts the step parts a little bit over the bed while the bottom plugs are against the bed. Otherwise this thing looks quite neat and yet simple :D

Gracias

Hi, I like this project and I already printed the Phone_ladder_ALU.stl file but ..... the Phone_ladder_RUBBER.stl file there is no way to do it !!
Would you mind doing it with the flat steps? or some other way to finish doing this project?
Thank you

I like the idea, but am confused as to how to print the _RUBBER.stl portion.
I suppose I could print the _RUBBER.stl "as is" with a lot of supports, but wouldn't it be better if all the rung covers were flat on the bed surface? (I assume they are all then glued to the rungs afterwards.)

No it just comes out in one go at my Ultimaker 3 Extended.
Also "kid name" is "inside" the ladder, as you may can see on the pics.
Just add screw and it is done.

You cannot press the "rubber feet" in over the "aluminum", if you make it in two separate print.
You need to use knife to remove some "aluminum" in the end of the ladder.
So i made a new version where the "rubber step" lay flat
and "rubber feet" can be pressed in over the "aluminum", for single color printers.

I see... You may wish to call out the fact that this model is set up for a multi-color printer on the main description.

very nice création .
