So I was using this design, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:694135. I like the adjust-ability, but there were a few things I didn't like. The fan location, and lack of air flow direction. I also wanted to use the stock fans from the E3D V6 hot ends. So I made this series of heads. The other two versions of this head can be found here.
Designed for 10mm M3 bolts and nuts, fan bolts length might depend on your fan. Designed to work with my light x-carriage found below, but it will work with any x-carriage with two m3 screws spaced 24mm apart: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2731704
Prusa i3 Custom
Designed with 1.6mm walls in mind. Can be printed with or without supports, but I wouldn't support anything over 55 degrees or it'll be hard to remove. Also, I would advise flipping the model upside-down to print.
