Door handle for M4 bolts with optional mounting plate. Based on the handles supplied with my kitchen which have a very comfortable grip
The distance between the holes is 145 mm. On request different sizes can be created.
Used in my creation of a Lack-enclosure for the 3D-printer
The handle is printed on its side.
For optimal finish the part should be rotated 45 degrees in Cura to get the lines on the sides in length-wise on the part. The required rotation depends on actual slicer used and user preference
Adding nuts for mounting
In the handle there are two slots for M4 nuts for mounting. Using a long bolt and a torch I heated the nuts and pressed them in the holes. Alternatively a solder iron can be used to heat up the nut.
The holes are slightly to small for the nuts, so a good bond is obtained.
