Why didn`t mold the nuts in the PI_tensioner.stl? As it is now you need a wrench and the screw driver or am i wrong?

The nuts are molded in the PI_houder.
So you only need a wrench or your fingers;)

I collected thinking you had posted the stl for the rod holders aswell, the 2 pieces next to the tensioner, could you share that? you would save me some time drawing those. Regards

Look for am8 and you can find them there!

I thought the point of the original design by matsekberg was to move the tensioning from the front of the frame to the rear.

The tensioner pulls on the nuts attached to the 6mm rods, which are anchored against the rear of the frame. This is just a different way of providing tension to the belt.

I suppose its a moot point, as the frame itself is an order of magnitude sturdier than the acrylic frame it replaces. I'll still be using it!

In the 4th pic you show one that looks as if it were to be fastened in the front of the extrusion as well as the top. where is the STL file for that piece?

Thanks

All the 3 STL's are fastened on the top and back.
I've uploaded a picture of the back IRL!

This is definitely better then my remix...

I love that the adjustment bolts are stronger and can be adjusted without having to remove the tensioner or the LCD mount.

Good work sir!
