You need to add a capacitor to bit shutdown issue.
Also your passive radiator is to soft for this drivers.

I have indeed thought of adding a capacitor, but i wanted some advice from you guy's. I will order capacitors
I have the passive radiators you have, but I chose these for this built and they are not all bad. Good base.
I am building now a bigger one.

in regards to the update on the shutdown issue....its does look like you can try to add a bigger or extra capacitor on the output side of the step up power module.....add a 2200uf 35v cap....it should help with power at the top end....or try a better step up module

there is also better speaker drivers for same price, that can be used.... parts express is a great place to start...and the dayton line of small speakers have a amazing about of bass due to the design they use....

WINisd is a great program to working out the volume needed....;)

if you like videos.....this guy....has the best videos and shows how to do everything....he is the MAN!!! and worth checking out....he also runs a facebook site....that can take any questions you have....these guys are pros...I am still learning.....from them....;)
