I have a horizontal outlet, the plug wires go 90 degree from the new versions hole when bulk of piece hangs straight down, any chance of a remix for another wire gap?

Can you tell me what the vertical measurement is from the top of the plug to the bottom of the GHM? I have a backsplash in my kitchen that only leaves me 5 3/8 inches. I'm wondering if I'm going to have to modify this fine design to position the GHM more to the side of the plug.
Thanks.

How on earth are you getting Cura to slice this? I've tried for a good 10-15 mins to lay it on the plate but it keeps saying it is too big to slice.

What printer are you using?

Let me see if I can help you.

Monoprice Mini Select v2. I've adjusted the printer dimensions to 125x125x127 but I can't seem to get the piece laid out so cura (v3.0) will slice it.

That's odd, let me re-export it and send it to you.

Try setting your dimensions to 126 on the y-axis, I think the model may be 125.02 or something like that.

I cut off a bit of the y-axis part, try this.

Yeah, same problem. I thought it may have been do to with the profiles (I'm using the ones from monoprice) but I've tried M1-M7 with the same result. Then I though perhaps wall thickness was pushing it over but that also had no effect.

On the build plate, it looks like it fits BUT when you select the shpe, a thicker blue line is in the top left that looks like is pushes it over the size. Very weird (pic attached)

Hmm, do you have a skirt or raft enabled? Looking at your screenshot, the model is indeed small enough. Https://i.imgur.com/3DV8DyC.png

This is a slicer related issue I believe. Not entirely sure what to do here.

Yeah, I thought skirt or raft too but turned that off. I'm baffled too. Thanks for trying though!

I think I may have it! I used the new model, set the X to max 126 and turned skirt off and it sliced it. Printing now so we'll see how it turns out. Thanks again for your help, dying to see how this comes out (and install it in my bathroom :) )

dnorth, I am trying to fit this on a mini as well. Any pointers as I can not fit this on my bed laying flat.

Change your print settings to the following:

Disable the raft/skirt/brim
Set your print bed dimensions to 126 on the X-axis, and 121 on the Y-axis.

It should print just fine then :)

Yeah, exactly what DannyG said worked for me (use his new model attached a couple of posts up). The key is adjusting the X axis in the printer settings

This is now showing as 125.5mm in the y axis... would that print on the mini?

The file has been updated.

Danny - the previous version fit at 125x125. As far as I can tell, this newest version won't fit at 127.

Sorry, the file just needs to be rotated 3 degrees, let me re-upload it!

Let me update the file, the monoprice mini can print 125 on the x-axis and about 122? On the y-axis, Currently it will not print on the mini with this file. Give me one minute to update it.

Thanks for posting this. Looking over the comments, I see there may be a specific Mini v2 file that was uploaded and works. Can you direct me to that one? TIA

This can be printed on the mini as is,

Change your print settings to the following:

Disable the raft/skirt/brim
Set your print bed dimensions to 126 on the X-axis, and 121 on the Y-axis.

It should print just fine then :)

This will completely fill the build volume.
