for some reason no matter what size i print the cover in all four holes will not line up to attach it??

im also using this on a different printer so i guess the psu may not be the exact same size im using this for the FLSUN Kossel I have not built the anycubic yet its still in the box

I'm sorry to hear that you have issues with my design. However, as the holes of the case and cover are the same in tinkercad, they should align. If they are off by only a little bit, just take a drill and widen them on the cover. If they get too wide, use washers with the screws.
I also had a similar problem once, and to fix it, print a 20x20x20mm cube and measure the real lengths. You can adjust the steps per mm in the firmware.

I printed the cover on two different printers neither line up. the one that two holes line up width wise the bottom hangs past the edge. the portion that holds the power box printed with out issue and all bolt holes line up properly.

I am going to try and load both parts into one print and see how that comes out ive got a Tevo BW also so the print area is large enough.

Ok, I'll look into it tomorrow, as it's already late here. In my case the PSU holders causes more issues. So you mean that the bottom holes (where they are closer together) don't fit at all or the upper ones? Thanks a lot for letting me know about problems with my designs.

here are some images but im assuming this may be some calibration issue on my end if no on else has had such issue.

it seems like the gap between the edges of the PSU and the holder are larger on mine than in your images aswell i think the main holder may have printed a different size on my end.

According to tinkercad, the design is 135mm high. Please measure your height.

As said yesterday, I'll look up as soon as I'm in my office at a PC. If you open the file in Cura or whatever slicer you use, what's the total height of the model? Is the "real" printed height the same?

Looks great. I was looking at the external trigorilla mount (something I have been thinking of doing myself), and found this as well. One question though: Any reason as to why the PSU case back (the side facing the 2020 extrusion) is open?

The real reason was to save on material. However, it shouldn't cause any problems when mounted. But looking at this again, I could quickly close it up as well. Maybe I'll do a quick edit soon.

There's no issue or anything at all. I was just wondering. I will be remixing the control box sometime tomorrow to fit a larger MKS style mosfet. Will keep you posted on that (I assume thingiverse will notify you when I post a remix).

Did you get around to remixing the control box? I ordered a larger MKS style MOSFET before realising that it doesn't fit, so if you've got a version which does fit it, I'd be grateful if you can post it.
