Nice design! The good thing about 3D printing, you can get as fussy as you like. It's so easy to remix something or create your own from scratch

Thanks! So many great designs out there, you can try out several, or come up with your own. I love just looking through Thingiverse to see some of the awesome ideas out there, I just wish it was easier to sort through since there are SO many things to see!

Thanks for sharing the design; what material did you print these with?

Clear PLA. Figured I could reprint in ABS if needed but based on my initial tests I don't think it'll be necessary. Under normal use they were plenty strong and had a nice "slickness" - and if I break one I'll just print another. Confirmed the slickness swapping out a rear tire on my bike last night - the rubber of the tire seems to slide nicely on the clear PLA I used (I think it was Monoprice brand that came with the printer) - less than the plastic of the original Park lever.
