There's major problems with the STL files here. The parts are tiny when importing - when you scale them up, the ring and the fork do not scale up uniformly - 3 x scale of the fork is not 3 x scale of the ring for it to work when printing.
i cant work out. Shame - i really wanted to print this to teach people how universal joints work. Thanks for the effort. Would be great if you could upload the correct pieces. I tried to use assembly.stl and then split the parts, which seems to have much better dimensions, but I wanted to print the fork screw and pin screw files.

All the parts are done in US standard inches.,,when importing you can multiply them by 25.4 and they will scale nicely. You need four bolts. One of the hubs and two forks. I will load the PDFs drawing files for,the parts so,you can see the actual, dimensions for the parts. It print really clean with out support and assembles nicely. I have one in my classroom and it is a perfect model.

Would be good if you could list how many of which parts are needed for assembly - DO i print two threaded forks, or just one ?

and which orientation do you print these? are the pices in the STL files in the right direction or do you need to rotate the axis?

waw , please can you help me I am bio medical engieering , if you can help me replay to my comment and I have take you my email
