Do you think that doing the Acetone Vaporing will these part give it more strength?

Acetone Vaporing will improve the overall layer to layer adhesion, however it will alter the structural properties of the material (namely removing the Styrene component from the outermost surface). I've designed these parts to print orientated so that the stress is carried by the layer, not across (leading to delamination). I think some vaporing will mainly just improve the surface finish, as I haven't created any thin sections where a minor change in functional cross-section would cause it to fail.
I ended up buying a dual stand for $60 on ebay. All the rest were way too expensive, hence why I was looking at a 3D printable version. Mind you I have modified the steel one I bought with 3D printed parts ;).
