Nearly 5 hours of printing and it doesn't fit to kossel linear plus.

It fits.
I have been using these on my Kossel LP for months withnout any issue.

I've printed Escuadrón Simple, looks like it fits OK

Thank you for sharing this, it works great.

M4 screws is slightly too large for holes - had to drill them out. 8mm length is slightly too short and will give you pain! Go with 10mm length.

Will these fit my Anycubic Kossel pulley version machine?

In the lower part should not give problem, but at the top probably collide with the carts.

Halfway through printing 6 of these, cool design on top of the functionality. Thumbs up!

However, do you know of any covers around the bed that fit with these mounted?

Do these actually improve print quality?

A more rigid structure means that the upper part of the kossel remains more stable. By varying the position of the upper triangle the angles of the towers can vary slightly and with this we can have artifacts on the surface of the pieces.

We do not turn our printer into a rock with these pieces, after all they are made of plastic. But that improves rigidity. I'm really getting very good results with this printers and just a couple of mods, the surface of the pieces is fantastic.

What are your speeds on those prints? Looking fantastic indeed!

Looks great! Any chance you could upload CAD files?

Thanks! I just added the model in STEP interchange format, it should be able to open with most CAD software.

Is there any advantage of 2holes over the simple?

Personally I use the simple version, but I made the others at the request of a friend and uploaded them as they were made.

Printed great, but on the Anycubic Kossel linear/pulley you will only be able to use the bottom 3 supports.
Placing them at the top of the 3 pillars would block the z-stops

I don't have that blocking problem with my Anycubic Linear plus. It runs freely. But maybe it's another generation (I received mine June 2018).
Great print by the way, prints great, feels really sturdy and strong and it looks satisfying professional. Thanks.

Really need update. It significantly reducing wobbling of printer while print on high speed.

Does this eliminate ringing as a result of frame flex or does it only help? I'm deciding if I should print these or just get metal corners.

Hey, may I ask where you picked up the 3D file for the frame from and if you would be open to sharing it. I recently bought the printer (still waiting for it to arrive) and would like to get some upgrades drafted as I see some potential parts that need reinforcement.
Thanks in advance!

I used the model of grabcad called Kossel 3d printed, modifying the lengths of the aluminum profiles.

Could you share that frame model too? I've matched your design with the frame from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2965780 and it seems not to fit properly.

Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus Frame CAD Model

Is this fir the anycubic plus?

Yes, the design above is for anycubic plus. In fact, designed and used in my anycubic linear plus.
Anyway, it would also fit in any kossel mini 2020 frame.

Ah thanks was wondering if it would fit my plus!

Nice part! Printing 6 of them to stiffen up the frame
