nice is easy print and head good making

I ended up printing the head with way too much infill. 35. As you can tell by that I am definitely a newbie. I had a filament tangle around the eyebrows and had to measure what has been done with the caliper to figure out how where to start printing the top of the head. Going to glue the two pieces together and try to blend the seam. I will be using this for some sort of desktop display. I can create a base for it. I will be starting on another head today with much less infill. For those of you asking about the clothing, I went on eBay and pick you up a suit, 3T, gloves and bowtie. What I don’t have is the pocket square but I can commandeer some of the bowtie neck band and sew it on. I’m pretty crafty. I plan on picking up the wig at one of these Halloween stores that are popping up. Regarding the shoes, I’m still hatching that plan.

Thank you so much for uploading this project. With any luck will be completed by Halloween and hopefully scaring all the neighborhood kids.

I am working on this awesome design right now. Could you give me the links to the suit, glove, tie and shoes that you used please?

I'm new to 3D Printing but I'm assuming that no support for the body doesn't count for the hands or does it?

Hi anybody got the link for the the kids suit he's wearing

Great file. Printed just the head for my desktop.

Do Chucky & his girlfriend next!

That would be awesome!!!

Chucky can be found already; not free though. Should be painted in the next few days.

What size tux did you buy?

I printed the head at 50% in white PLA, turned out great, i was just testing at this point, i will paint it and see how it goes, i am debating leaving the face white instead of the greyish colour to see how it looks.

I would love to see a trike for him and if you ever get the chance or desire, i would love to see Chucky from Childs Play too - this would be awesome to print these at large scale. It would be a great addition for horror prints.

Great job.

Billy will get printed full size when my new PLA arrives to accommodate his requirements.

very cool video . well done

I am in awe and absolutely love this, thank you so much for the video too! Ahhh I can't wait to try my hand at it! <3 Saw

Where did you find the Suit and wig ?

I have been looking for this for ever.. thank you. this is awsome

Beautiful, just printed the head and it is perfect. Thanks so much for the file. Can't wait to print the rest.

Nice job! Probably would make a nice companion in the office.

One of my next prints! Amazing job guys, amazing!

Thank you for sharing your AWESOME file. I have run it through netfabb, hollowed out the head and cut the eyes and mouth out. I will be making an animatronic version with servos in the eyes, mouth and neck, sound effects and a radio controlled tricycle.

Progress will be here:

It's been a long time since I was looking for the saw's puppet and: there we go!
Thanks again man! :-)

Wow I get to be the first to comment on this amazing print! I was just talking the other day about making one of these and I think this will be the perfect model (minus the fact that the jaw doesn't move :,)). Will post pics of the finished product!
