Hi, just looking at the model i can see that it all keys in together but where the hilt and part one meet it looks like there is no keyed edge on the hilt?

Comments deleted.

Also want to note the hilt is AWFUL to print, no matter the orientation you have to use supports due to the curvature of the hilt itself. The hole is also off center, so be aware of that.

If you're printing this for cosplay or a minor you'll want to nuder the point as you will get a sharp tip.

And yes, the bottom most blade portion is missing a key to fit into the middle section blade portion.

I'm a bit new to 3-D printing and I'm printing this in a dremel. I'm trying to print the tip and it says it'll print the entire tip but only prints half and I'm not sure why.

It could be due to a corrupted gcode file.

Any chance I could get the Fusion 360 file or a .STEP?

I added the f3d file to the thing files.

What should the physical dimentions be once assembled?

It should be 77 cm long.
