For halloween this year my daughter really wanted to be Mettaton EX from Undertale. We absolutely love that game, its story, and characters. Usually I'll sew her costumes, but Mettaton could be modeled and printed. It is my intent to add electronics to this, using the switch as a means to turn on and off said electronics.
To change the fitment to another size, maintain the proportions and scale to fit.

Please let me know what you think!
The stomach and chest pieces could benefit from a raft depending on your faith in a solid first layer. If it isn't fully secured the shapes faces of those two parts will ghost real bad on a typical cartesian with a moving bed.
Supports only from the build surface.
1 - Chest piece:
After painting mount the Nylon webbing through the 25mm slots. I used small aluminum rivets. Leave a lot of excess webbing for fitment later. Add the clips to the side straps.
2 - Switch:
After painting, assemble the switch. Route the webbing from the chest piece through the top mounting points on the switch and fit. Sew to secure in place. Add the clips to the side straps.
3 - Fitting of the chest and switch:
Once the switch and chest piece are assembled and connected to each other, go ahead and put the two on and get them into a comfortable position. Remove the excess webbing as you see fit and sew to secure.
4 - Stomach piece:
Paint and assemble, again I used rivets. Leave excess webbing and fit. Once fitted remove excess webbing as you see fit and sew to secure.
5 - Arm bands and shoulder mount:
I used 12 bands on each arm, add or remove to fit the length of the arm to the wearer. run a length of gutted 550 paracord with a knot in one end through the two holes to make a chain of them. You might choose to add a knot between each one to keep a uniform spacing. Do this until you reach the end and run the two cords through the holes in the shoulder mount. While wearing the upper half, clip the shoulder mount on and find where to tie off the cord to the shoulder mount. Remove the clip and the arms slide off.
6 - Foam locations:
Cut your foam so that you can use the shoulder mounts, the body of the switch, and the back of the chest piece as contact points.
