great design! One suggestion ~ add a fillet to the base of the sides. Even printed in PETG (more flexible) the first time I tried to slip a network cable into the medium-size one, the side snapped off. :-( I bodged a fillet via tinkercad, but one as part of the scad file would be much cleaner.

(I opened your scad file to see if I could figure it out and ... well ... )

But still, great design - thank you!

Thanks, and I agree with you about the fillets. Openscad doesn't support fillets unfortunately and the workarounds I've seen are so slow and confusing (to me) it's no fun any more. I have a shortcut in mind for this particular model that I will try when I have a chance, basically the idea would be to extrude a square along each edge to be filleted then subtract a corresponding cylinder and extruded triangle to leave a fillet. Even easier would be to extrude a right triangle along the joined edges to form a chamfer and would probably work just as well.

BTW I started using FreeCAD because creating fillets is fast and simple. I use it for all of my projects now.

Funny you should say that ... it's exactly what I did when I bodged together my tinkercad version. (here: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/cmq0TGkAyne-cable-clip-with-fillet )

What size screws did you use to mount these?

I used #6 x 3/4" sheet metal screws I got from Bolt Depot.
