After doing a Skeletor cgi Model my niece ask me if I could be him for Halloween. Was up for a bit of a challenge. This was going to be the biggest project I've done on my 3d printer since I bought it. Not being the best Printer, I had to chop it up into 6 separate parts. Putting it on I think it came out pretty good. A good likeness of the Classic Animated version of the Boney Master.
I also used wire to hold the jaw into place. Also used a rubber band to keep jaw closed. Elastic bands were used in the back to hold it to my head, along with a chin strap to have the jaw open with my mouth moving.
