Hi great Idea is there anyway you could make this fit 40mm to 92mm Noctua fan i have one spare and would love to use it if it was possible to alter the size?. I do it my self but I'm new to designing things in scad etc and have no idea were i would start if any one could help assist with it im very much appreciate your help thanks for your great design.

I really think 80mm is the limit for the space available inside the box,
I would consider making one of those redesigned housings or
you could just completely open up the back of the box to make a
big open hole and install your fan there ;)

Hi there! I just ordered a 80mm fan to use with your duct and I was wondering if you removed the other 50mm fan in the front of the control box or if you still use it. Thank you!

I found out that the one that came with my printer was broken so It was already pretty useless,
but I did replace it with 60mm Noctua fan just to go all out with silent fans and
further help with the airflow inside the box (but in the end I don´t think it´s necessary),
I even replaced the one inside the Power supply and the one that blows on the heat brake,
The only one that´s left for me is the fan that blows under the nozzle :D

Oh and I do recommend getting something under your printers feet to help reduce vibration noise
that made it a whole lot more silent than before (I used packaging foam).

This is great - I'm about ready to design a whole new case for the stupid thing (CR-10s computer). The stock fans and placement was not well thought out. Luckily its not that loud (at least mine). But that fan on the extruder cooler - omg its 10x louder than all the other fans. I wish it went off when the system was idling.

I wanted to make one sticking from outside, but this one is even better solution. good job.
