Make a Youtube video how to assemble this sight

Already have.. see post printing

How did you get the led dot so small and concentrated? I drilled my hole even smaller and the dot is still almost a inch in diameter and really dim.

Have you painted the inside black to hide any additional light from the LED, other than what comes out the hole?

Also could the problem be that I haven't printed the base yet? Would the top be letting in too much light?

Oh hi, didn't expect a reply so quick; I printed it in black PLA. The only thing I can think of is that i'm using too bright of an led.

anyone have a specific garden light to use for this? I can't seem to find any that are small enough to fit the led into

I thought it was just a generic thing for all lights.
it's a standard 5mm LED you want. i think i bought mine from either Tesco or B&Q when they had to summer stuff.

if so can you comment back the link

All done, you'll find it on the instructions tab.
I haven't edited it, so this is basicly take 1.

hey, can you make a video about this i am kind of confused on how to build

I'll see what I can do.

looks pretty amazing!

one question, how can you be sure that the red dot is really pointing on the target you are actually aiming at? or isn't it meant to be THAT accurate?

thanks for sharing anyway! :) :)

Cheers buddy!

First of all, it's more for asthetics than practicality. At least until you can sort out a concaved screen that keeps the dot from moving around as you look through it. It's mounted on a NERF gun for crying out loud, it don't shoot consistantly anyway.

Secondly, to answer your question. if you did sort out a screen and just happened to have a gun that did shoot staright. All you need to do is tweak the display around until the dot points where your darts/BBs are going. Then you can be sure it's pointing where you're shooting
