Great Design, Took me a sec to find the vase or spiral mode in cura but man this prints quick and snaps right into the rails on my ender 5, Well designed thanks for your time! Ill post some pictures once I get my led's run!

Thank you Phillip, your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Yoooo can you make a version with no angle or could you post the CAD so I could get the profile of the shape of the clip?

Look at my things there's a clip cover that should make a perfect no angle led holder. Enjoy!

Hey J-Max, just the part I was looking for to use on my 3D cube. I printed a test strip, snapped into place on my 2020 and then I did a test of the LED strip, unfortunately my LED strip was 2 mm too wide to use with this strip rail. I went ahead and redesigned the strip rail in cad for my needs and I will post to my account, I just wanted to give you the credit for your strip rail. Also, I designed an additional piece which can be used in the corners of a printer to give the LED strip something to stick to while making the 90-degree bends and keeping the 30-degree.

Hi Mike, thanks for the credit. I like your corner part, I believe this will be really handy for people with your kind of printers. Well done !
IMHO a 100mm long part is simpler to scale up/down into your trusty slicer software to the expected dimension than a 50mm one.

Remember the main interest about this part is you can print it very fast in vase mode. The vase mode part clips on and off smoothly. Vase mode is also very stable : I printed 200mm long rail clips with no raft or skirt.

Is this thing designed for a 5mm or 6mm slot profile?

Good question ! This is designed for a 6mm slot. As it is a bit flexible, you could try on 5mm slot rails too. Just resize to 10mm length and print a sample, it will take you 2 minutes of printing time and few centimeters of filament. IMHO this would snap in as it is (and probably be harder to remove), feel free to tell me.
