Hi Guys : havent been active for a while.
to answer all your questions :

I used solid works
you can use whatever infill you want, i used 100% as its likely to get bashed out (and has been but no breaks yet)
There is an issue with the bolt sitting to low. A new version will be out soon with a load of variations to go with

Very cool. What application did you use to design it?

i printed this lying down and it work just fine, awsome model cant wait to put it on my new elite force ARX

Whats the official screw & nut size?

oh, hmm im not too sure, its definitely metric, 3 to 5 mm. Terribly sorry for vague answer but unfortunately i no longer have access to my 3d printer :(

I went to the hardware store last night, and the bolt and nut spaces are perfect for 5mm hardware. I did however notice that the whole bolt lock mechanism is a little low set, it hardly catches the rails. I'm thinking about remixing your thing to catch a little better.

ahh okay, a remix would be great to see yeah :). Im hoping to get my 3d printer back soon so i can continue on designs, an angled foregrip is next on the list.

I was entertaining the idea of designing an angled grip, as well as a potato grip. Perhaps a collaboration is in order?

That sounds like a good idea! I hadnt even thought about potato grips, would cerainly be interesting
