This is great idea, just to get the right filament.

Don´t use PLA to print this. Use Nylon or ABS, mine got melted.

Any specific recommended nylon filament product/and or source?

It's a very good idea thanks!

Printed this with Nylon and it has withstood a very hot summer without deforming much at all.

Made small modifications so glasses don't slip out. Still needs tweaking.

can you post stl not gcode pls?

Had this in my car for a long time. I found it melted one day, but otherwise a good design.

Glasses slide out when the visor is flipped down :P

Seems to be a common issue with most of the visor clip style holders. I was intended to design my own such that this unfortunate event would not occur, but I'm lacking time. :(

It fit great in my car! printed with PLA and it definitely deformed a lot. I am going to try and anneal and enamel one and see if it works better

Impeccable pour ma clio4..

works well in my landrover 110 dcpu

En España, dentro del coche se deforma hahaha. Mejor imprimir en ABS, PETG etc :)

Melted in my car, forgot PLA doesn't work for car stuff in warm areas haha

yeap same here :D
but in winter times its OK I guess :D :D

Had the same issue.

I love this clip! My only complaint is that PLA warps in my warm car. Maybe I'll print again with PETG

Made this and it works great. Put my Oakley Oil Rigs in them in my F150.

Nice thing, printed it for my BMW Z4 E85 but it didnt fit :-/

The problem is, that the sun visor is in a horizontal direction when its flipped up... lol
Will design it by my own for my car in some days :)

Hey, i tested and it's not suitable for my Armani sunglasses :(

What vehicle did this work for?

It shouldn't be vehicle specific, most cars will work just fine.

it is a nice thing that i have your same sunglasses, will try it!
