how high is the XY-Offset?

Don't really remember -- at installation I measured it with a caliper and just entered in those values. Next time I'm in the Marlin source for my printer, I'll look up what I set it for. It's about as close as it can be with a Titan Aero extruder.

Is there any chance you can modify this to accept an 18mm TH3D EZABL probe (or the new 12mm one)?

I put together some versions that SHOULD work with the EZABL probes. Untested, might contain dumb mistakes, but probably worth a try. What would be the needed change? (would it just mount 18mm higher than the existing design?). If you're not using it with a Volcano hot end, it should already adjust for that much longer I think.

Looking at the EZABL, I don't think it would be very practical. That's one big honkin sensor.

As an aside, I noticed that TH3D says of the BLTouch: "BL-Touch has 0 support from the company". That was not at all true, at least in my case! When I wrote with a problem after first getting my BLTouch, I got a reply within one day -- from the lady who designed it, and in perfectly clear English...

Well they also offer a newer, smaller, 12mm sensor....
I can't vouch for the BL, never had one. The EZABL has been great on my CR-10S's

My concern was the diameter of the opening the BL Touch mounts into. Sorry for not being very clear

I guess that could be done via a modification of the sliding part. Wouldn't work very well on my printer (an FT-5) though, as that would start to eat into the usable bed area because of the size of the sensor, but probably on others it might be ok.

TH3D says they have STLs availalbe for mounts with a number of printers -- it would be odd (and counter to their statement of great service) if they didn't already have a mount to work with the extremely popular Titan Aero extruders. Maybe give them a call first?

The Z-Offset was around -2.2, leaving the probe really close to the print even with the probe retracted.
Mine broke today because of a user error (i tried to print with a 40cm bridge on my CR10S5)

Anyway i improved it a bit. Posting as we speak

Thanks. I also modified the files here to extend the range -- just added another hole and M3 nut well so the holder can center at a higher position if needed.

Thank you for sharing. Thank you for nice solution - mount to titan aero, independent from other mounts. Thank you for caring about regular and volcano as well. I am going to use it with BLinTouch - optocoupler.
