i use a three RCTIMER GBM2804.

your STL file is not fit to GBM2804's bolt and hole. hole is so small.

i can't assembly these.

can you give me all modeling file?? i'm never share this prt file.

Is it possible to change pitch axis motor for RCTimer BGM2804 (so all three motor would be same)? If you could model bigger pitch axis so it can accommodate bigger motor it would be great. Thanks

For others reading, I have successfully used this gimbal design with a TBS Discovery modified to fit a 3-axis gimbal.

You power the controller with a 2s-3s sized battery and the controller powers the motors, no booster required.

You can make a handheld stabilizer with the storm32 controller. You have to initialize the controller for a few seconds on a flat surface every time you turn it on, but it can work. My design does not have a handle so you will have to create some way to hold the gimbal and controller in your hands.

Sorry you can not. It is only sized for Xiaomi Yi/GoPro 3/4

It depends on what gimbal controller you are using. If it is Storm32 then the chest mount orientation is not officially supported, although it still might work within some limits. Other controllers might not have any issues.

i think the camera could adjust horizontal ,because sometimes we may use some ND fliters(yi action camera could use autoexec.ash file to control the camera's ISO and shutter time) that will cause the pitch axis not balance and we need adjust the camera back a little.and maybe you can design a thing that can fit the DJI phantom 3's ND2-400 fliter.that could be better! we can take motion blur video like movie effect and more importent that can obviously reduce jello effect and the prop's shadow in the video.

Yes, the horizontal adjustment on the pitch axis is not as easy as other axes. What you can try for the moment is to put a spacer between the pitch adjuster and camera frame to separate them a little more. The spacer should not have to be too big.

just realized the isolator ball is missing in the file download.. but i think i can make one.. just wanted to know what was the width b/w upper and lower isolator plate with the ball

Hi Vijaikumar, I did not add isolator ball STLs because the isolator balls are something you buy separately. They are made of rubber so you can't print them unless you have a flexible filament (although you certainly can try using solid plastic isolator balls, in which the distance between isolator plates is around 10mm).
