Anybody using this setup at the moment, and can share results?

Yes I posted a make of it printing petg. So far working great. That is with the original firmware which I def. Need to flash and update because I can't set one of the recommended settings.

It works well. But, Hold off on printing this for a few days. I'm finishing a major redesign to address some of the issues I've noticed (like: the fan/he holder starts to sag a bit after a while) . I'll upload the new design once it's done.

OK thank you good sir !!

Ok, it may be a bit. My Fusion360 keeps crashing >_<

How are you holding the fan shroud to the nimble mount? Looks like a bolt can go in on the left side hole, but the right side hole doesn't go all the way through so I am thinking a dowel pin? And what sizes please?

Sorry, didn't see your earlier comment!
I'm using M5 bolts. The one that attaches has an M5 nut, the other side I simply stick a bolt in =]
For the left side, I recommend putting the bolt in from the bottom with the nut on top (discovered it works better that way)

OK great thanks. Got my Nimble in yesterday and planning to doing the upgrade this weekend.

Also what are you using in the holes between the nimble/carriage mount and the fan shroud?

This should work for either.
The hole in the middle of the Nimble mounting area is for a short bowden tube just to bridge the gap between the Nimble and the V6. But if you're not using the Nimble and just going with the bowden set up, just stick the long tube directly in there and it will work =P

What version of E3D V6 are you using? Universal direct, or Bowden?

Where'd you get the Zesty dimensions to make this?
