Hello,
Why did you use the Mega instead of the Uno was it a capability issue?
Are you no longer using the bumper and using just the IR sensor's?

I originaly rain out of pins on the UNO so swapped to the MEGA for a while but I decided to go back to the UNO as too many sensors and lcd where draining the battry faster than I would like, eigther UNO or Mega can be used and even a mini UNO or Nano v3 could be used for this project

How much time did you gain by removing sensors and lcd screen?
Did you go back to the bumper?

about 10 minutes more but you still need 2 sensors on the front and posibly 1 on each side and no i never got the bumper sorted out, i gave up and purchased a real one

Hi do you a link to the motors you used for this project?

I am not sure what you mean but if you see the instructables link which will take you to the original designers site then all details are there

the fan is the same as cesnietor's original design although i added a ninja flex gasket but as for picking up everything, no it does not,
i have not yet finnished though and will be adding 2 side brushes with motors like from https://d3nevzfk7ii3be.cloudfront.net/igi/QaxqqkVbrytiGfHa.medium

does that fan do the trick sucking up larger chunks?
