Thanks a lot for this. Definitely one of the best inserts I've printed.

Thanks so much! If you get a chance upload a picture I'd love to see it.

I edited it a little for sleeved cards (and also made a box for player boards) - take a look if you want :) https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3490886

Concordia Insert (With Salsa) - Sleeved
by emiji

What size sleeves are you using? I tried Fantasy Flight Standard Euros (Purple) 59mm x 92mm and they were too big for the Sleeved box on both dimensions.

just checked the dimensions and the hole for the sleeves is 94.5 mm x 61 mm so 59x92 should be fine. did you accidentally scale them down in your slicer? or are your sleeve bigger than advertised?

Weird. Straight up import into S3D, shows the sleeved box 64.14mm x 97.66mm, my printed box is 64.11mm x 97.28mm, so fairly close. When I measure the inside dimension with calipers, i get 60.9mm x 93.9mm

The FFG purple sleeves have an outside dimension of 62mm x 95.6mm, so therein lies the issue. The sleeves are rated for cards that are 59mm x 92mm, but need the extra space for seams, etc. Not a huge issue.

same here with docsmagic sleeves, too big

Yeah sorry didn't realize sleeves varied that much. Unfortunately adding any width to the boxes would mean a complete redesign.

I was super happy that it comes with sleeved option and printed them (out of a 50g piece of material I have, so no extras for another try) and my sleeves don't fit on both dimensions :( I am sad, but I'll get over it. Could you please add a disclaimer for others so that they don't fall into the same trap?
I am thinking about desleeving my cards...

I don't use sleeves . I was given the dimensions by somebody messaging me. I don't recall but I thought it was 58x91

So was this fixed? I use FFG sleeves and would love to have this printed!

the sleeved boxes opening is is sized: 94.5 mm x 61 mm which has worked for some people but the ffg sleeves seem to be 62 x 95.6 i'll see if i can adjust them but it's a pretty big issue the current sleeved boxes only have a 1.6 mm wall around the cards so I can't make it thinner which means I need to make the entire card box bigger which means I have to recheck the entire layout in the box. because now the all 6 card boxes are 1 mm wider 6 mm total and I don't think I have an extra 6mm (1/4") of space in the box to fit them. so it might be awhile until I get some time to do it

It would be great if you could since it’s a very cool design, but I understand that it’ll take some time. I appreciate you considering it.

I looked into this unfortunately it would mean a complete new layout. once you add the width to the boxes they no longer fit as I have them. I'm not going to get to this anytime soon. The inventor files are posted for any with the software and know how if they want to take a shot at it.

Looks great! I love that game, and will have to pimp it out. Thanks for the designs.

Can the game be stored or carried vertically? Or will the pieces come out inside the box?

if you have salsa with both maps then yes. might have a odd piece or two migrate about but the majority of the game will stay in place

To me, that sounds like a good excuse to get the expansions. Thanks for the reply!

Heads up, the Sleeved style of card holders are slightly longer than the standard ones, causing them to not quite fit in the game box with the resource boxes.

hmm sorry thought I accounted for that. is it just the resource boxes? I can shrink the resource boxes a bit to fit. any issues with the coin and city box?

It's just the resource boxes that have the problem. The rest of the components fit great.

ok thanks I'll shrink them a couple mm
