Fixed the top of the head not connecting with Blender for ya'll. Not the prettyest thing, but hey! :) Support over 80 degrees for the nose part is still a must imho, otherwise it would try to print in mid-air. (i know the filename says otherwise, but I gave that before slicing it)

edit: i also put in some material where my test prints were failing, around the sides where free hanging skull frame parts were.

main problem fixed in blender. I used meshmixer to do some touchup after.

absolute great job thx

Got it done I'll post pics in the morn when I can get on my laptop

Saw the picture looks awesome mane love the color.

hey just wanted to let u know when i put this into slic3r it just rips it all apart and almost all of the skull is deteriorated. i absolutely love the design but couldnt print it so hopfully u might know y its doing that. thanks

Sorry man I don't I put it into Repetier-Host sliced and printed came out great will post a picture tonight. It was very sketchy while it was printing didn't look like it would print bit did. My settings were as follows: Supports:No (they just cause a shit load of retraction and more to sand.) Resolution: .1, Initial layer heigh: .2, Infill 100% (that was to keep it strong enough to print. Speed was about 45mms Temps were 195 or 200 either is fine but does depend on whats best for your filament, bed temps was 60 just so that the bottom would be smooth. I usually print on a cold bed. I don't think the file is manifold, but Repetier-Host will fix that for you if it's not. I thought I fixed that before uploading it but might have forgotten if it's not manifold it won't slice properly and won't print but that's all I can think of.

No problem man I'll give ur settings a go n see if I can get it figured out. Such a badass design can't wait to have it bouncing around on the front of the printer I might do one for 100 something fan I have on the power supply. Hopefully one day I can design as good as this I just learned how to use tinkercad a week ago and that's as far as my 3d designing goes haha but maybe one day

Tinkercad has been best friend that is what I use quite often for remixing, my Dad is an aeronautical engineer and is teaching me cad programs so I'm still learning and always learning love any feedback you have, if you get it to print let me know upload a picture if you can, would love to see it. If you like this design check out my brother's. He's on here is name is Colin Ward he's got a cool aliens fan cover he designed, if you're into the Alien movies, it's still wicked even if you're not, there is a picture of his fans cover I printed and painted you can see if you go and check it out. I'm still in the process of upgrading my anet a8 into a beast, so I've been very very light on my designs and uploads will have a lot more soon, just finished designing a very compact back brace for an anet if that is your printer need to test it out then I'll upload the design in a couple of days. Thanks for the support, I'm by no means an expert or even smart with 3d printing but any questions you may have send them my way or my brothers and we will be MORE than happy to help, there are ABSOLUTELY NO DUMB QUESTION in our eyes everyone has to start somewhere and people can make you feel like an ass for asking, don't listen to them, they're probably wrong anyway. And I'll upload that picture of the printed skull fan cover so you can see it. It is painted that is why it looks like granite it will be posted in a few minutes. Thank you and talk to you soon.
