I love this.
Working on remixing this so that the male thread is on the cap, and the female on the body. Just so that the cap screws INto the body, rather than the other way around.

..until I get it the way I want it, we'd appreciate a V2.0 from you with the swap :)
either way, cheers!

I no longer use Tinkercad, the CAD software this model was created in, in part because it is very difficult to modify parts after creating them. Because of this, I will not be modifying this part anymore.

I made this in a couple of hours in CAD software designed for children though, so I expect you should be able to make the changes you specified yourself.

ah! i understand. still learning things. thanks, man!

Thanks for the photo! Glad you like it! :D Toke on!

Now unfortunately, when I was drunk I did tighten it too much and it broke off :( Perhaps you could make the male at the bottom a bit thicker.

I don't use the CAD package I made this with anymore, but you could add a hollow cylinder yourself to make it a bit thicker to make it drunk-proof! Try Tinkercad. I'm glad to know you're actually using it though. =D

Worked FLAWLESS, I made mine nice and strong with 100% infill. I printed the cap at 100.5% size except for the Z axis. Looks and feels amazing! I printed 3 so far and I uploaded a photo of one of my prints with the hatchbox blue PLA. Thank you for the AMAZING design!

Very glad to hear, thank you for printing it out! I'd love to see the other two!

Can you share some tips on how you made those threads? They work perfectly!

It’s from the original thing that this is a remix of. A lot of cad software can do some sort of thread though!

Sorry I wasnt expecting an answer that fast. Which software did you use to edit it? Im working on a bong and I need a thread similar to the one you used.

Apologies, I saw your comment and completely forgot to reply. I used Tinkercad - very basic. Toke up mate!

How do you Tinkercad the surface?
