For german bits you need to print the 6.35mm a bit bigger, cause it fits hardly or even not.

Upsized in PLA 2% (102% in Simlify3D) - fits my hex bits perfectly ;)

I like this design, but my first one didn't come out working. My caliper shows it printed at 6.3mm. Most of my prints are pretty on par with size, but apparently not close enough for the bits to fit. It looks like I would need to print a 3.5% larger for this to work.

I printed this in two scales: 1x and 1.5x. The 1x scale is very good for cheapest china bits (only holes are litlle too big but thats not a big deal).
But be aware about making scale to 1.5x if you want to use it for thicker cheap bits from china. The holes are too deep for them: I drilled a long holes on left and right side and puted a zipties to make holes shorter in my case.

Thanks for your comment!
I made changes to the model, based on your comment. Now there is own models for 4mm and 1/4" bits and slots tolerance are little smaller.

New models:
4mm screwdriver bit wall mount.STL (Hex 4,2mm, depth 14mm)
6,35mm screwdriver bit wall mount (Hex 6,5mm, depth 7,5mm)

What size are the hex slots?

Hex slots are made for 4mm screwdriver bit.
For 1/4" (6,35mm) screwdriver bits, scale model at 1,5.
