Very nice and clean styling! Love the minimalistic design.

If you don't mind I have a few questions:

  • The standoffs (legs) are pretty long. Since you've used PLA, aren't they not easy to break?
  • The clock face looks pretty smooth. Did you do any post processing, for example painting or polishing?

Thanks! Sacha

Sacha,

Thanks for reaching out.
-The standoffs are a bit long, but they will not break. The only time that the clock face needs to be taken off would be for original assembly, and battery replacement.
-On the clock face, I used a post processing coating known as Smooth On. It can be found here(https://www.smooth-on.com/products/xtc-3d/). It is a two part mixture, and it works well.

Let me know if you have any other questions! Chris

Thanks for the quick reply, Chris.

I am familiar with Smooth-On, but haven't tried it myself yet. Will definitely give it a try in a next project!

Cheers! Sacha
