this works awesome!! If possible can you make a couple larger ones? like 5-10 more teeth? the smallest pinion I can get to fit is a 15 and it goes like 40mph so I would like to gear it down a little bit...

Hey, I just added them! You caught me on a slow day today. hahaha I didn't change the outer diameter of the gear. Let me know if it meshes well!

Did you revisit this and adjust the size to match the 32p? Or did the 55 and 60t ones work ok for you? I see they didn't quite work out for bolibruch1.

I did not. I plan on making a new car in a few weeks but right now with finals I’m pretty busy! I’ll let you know if I do go back to it!

thank you!! I will print them up and let you know how they go..

I tested both of these before work today, and the 55 tooth works perfect, but it appears the 60 tooth needs a tiny bit larger diameter. the pinion strikes the tooth ahead of the mesh so it tore it up within a minute or 2. I ran a second one to make sure it wasn't my meshing and it also tore that one up. thanks for your help on this, I am a r.c.'er and I don't know much about 3d design although I am a land surveyor, but I have never done any C.A.D. in 3d.....

I have the 4380kv motor it is way over kill for this, and after a few runs I chewed up 2 of the 55t spurs as well. I think they both need to be a little bit bigger. I am also running the f104 tires so diameter is a non issue...

digging the steel rod in the axel. thanks for the diff model.

No problem! let me know how it works or if I can make it better!
