This is a full parametric design for Igus RJMP-01-xx and RJ4JP-01-xx linear bearings. The design contains tables with data for these types of bearings; please adjust the parameters according to the bearing you want to print. A scale factor can be used to counteract the effects of shrinkage.
The design allows for custom designs. Extra long bearings can simply be made by changing the "extra bearing length" parameter and the mid section from the bearing glide surfaces can be removed or sized. This is very interesting for creating virtually play free linear bearings for the Prusa i3 concept printers with (printed) X-axis mounts that use the LM8LUU or LM8UU linear bearings.

I print these bearings from POM filament which is slick and very tough.
Extra long printed bearings work very well with the custom, parametric bearing housings from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2520976. I created extra long housings and bearings to replace the X-carriage bearings for a E3D modification.
Fixed 2 issues, chamfer boolean with value True set to false (capitals not allowed) and removed the accidental hard coded 8 in the shaft diameter.
Reverted setting of total bearing length for custom long bearings, instead the extra length needs to be inserted due to the fact that variables are determined at compile time rather then run time.
