These are supports for the z axis linear and lead screw rods. I've been getting a bit of wobble and this is my solution. They do fit the Sunhokey stock frame and might work for other similar acrylic frames. Make sure to grease the top of the lead screw.
The difference in these two calibration heads speaks volumes. No more is the lead screw just flapping in the breeze.
Going to be uploading more parts of the stock kit for when I change to a wood frame on this printer, stay tuned.
Used five top layers over 25% infill, two shells and two bottom layers.
Mine are printed in copolyester. PLA might not be hard or durable enough to deal with the constant lead screw rotation, be warned.
Copolyester is a pain in the a$$ to print with though. Warps like a female dog and is hard to get FLP out of. I recommend a heavy layer of glue stick for the entire base of object.
Remove stock hold down and install new ones. Lube the top of the lead screw rod for sure.
