i have tried this, unfortunately it didnt work due to tolerances and the bearings sticking.

I think for something like this to work, it would all have to be printed seperatly and possibly in combination with a snap in design.

What printer, slicer and settings did you use? (for the community to learn from )

Also i'm looking to 3d print a bearing thats 8mm inner, 16mm outer and 5mm thick.

The ones from here, do any of them match?

This is a customizable bearing not a fixed one. Hit the button labeled "Open in Customizer", it's in the same column as the download button but further down.

From there you can just slap all the dimensions you need into the customizer and it'll give you an STL to print.

Do you know why the cusomizer doesn't work for this?

It looks like the rollers start curl with the sides flaring up and the spots next to the races tacked down.

I have a 60c heated bed.

Thank you for the feedback. Id love to answer questions about open-scad and customizer. I have no idea how 3d printers work. Try the user community for your make of printer.

When I print this the rollers keep toppling over... I don't usually have trouble getting stuff to stick, suggestions?

I am using a Craftbot2 with Kapton and PLA+.

thanks I found a spinner that required a weird size bearing and this let me design it. now i just need to wait a few days for my 3d printer to arrive from amazon ;)
