Thank you for creating and sharing this! When I printed it, the part that is supposed to slide seems fused to the sides. Do you have any suggestions on how to free it, or do I need to adjust something and print again?

I used a small Triangle file (used for miniatures) to file the groove of the screw and it's working much better now.

Which screw is easier to use? The flat one or the rounded one? I printed the rounded one but its still pretty tough to use. Maybe there are some supports left in the receiving end. I really like the design, nice and sturdy.

I never print this model with support. You shouldn't need to. That's definitely the problem.

To answer your question, the round one works better right off the build plate. The flat one prints much faster but because of the first layer "squish", you have to work it in a bit. A little hot air on it to shrink the first layer ooze after it's printed will help mitigate this.

The deep version is missing the clip for the screw.

Great catch! I just fixed it and also added the snap ring as a separate download just in case one breaks.

This works great and the new screw is much better than the old one. Only problem is that now all my coworkers want one!
