Has anyone created a pulley cover for this mount?

or know of one that fits?

i saw u used the turnigy motor in your board, i am buidling my own eskate board but my turnigy motor has no keyshaft? how did u mount the motor pulley to the motor shaft withought it slipping?

I made my own keyshaft, by using a metal file to remove a small portion of material on the shaft. This way you get a nice flat area to lock on. It is important that you cover up the entire motor so that none of the metal get stuck to the magnets inside the motor. A Dremel should also be able to do the job.

Thankyou very much!

Hey I like your design, can I have the model CAD file?

Hey baws, maybe i please have the raw files to edit them. Thank youu

So, how is the mount behaving after some time. Does it still holds it together?

Love the work! I was wondering if I could get the raw files of you? I want to use this on a square mount, so need to modify the clamp.

may i have the drawing files maybe for fusion360 because i will modifie it for milling it on my cnc mill

Does it not overheat?

Nice design, is it for 50 or 63mm motors?

Thanks! Its made for a 63mm motor (fx. A Turnigy SK3 6374)

Do you mind sharing the files so I can remix it for a SK3 5055? :) EDIT: Did some "reverse engineering" instead. Thanks for your design, will try ASAP.

Glad you like it! Btw I love your remix, well done with the reverse engineering :-D! I Hope it serves you well :-)
