Just tried a print of this one. In glow in the dark filament

Printer out great. But it's too small to fit my iPhone 5 s

I printed the cover for Iphone 5 with a Delta Open ( Wasp )
correct measurements
X: 65.28mm
Y: 130.49mm
Z: 12.24mm

How much filament is going to use one case for iphone5?

I printed this case for an iPhone 5S on a Hephestos Prusa i3 using a 1.75mm pla filament by colorfabb. I did not need to adjust the scale and I got a perfect fit.

Been looking all over for a flexible filament 5C case.
If anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated

im new i dont really know how to 3d print. do i just download the file and put it in a usb and just start printing?

will this fit with abs

will this fit with abs

Hey, great case! I'm printing it ASAP.

However I have a question, if you could please help me: How do you pocket/hole an image or pattern or test to a solid or minimal design of a case?

Hi, thanks

I get the image that i want to have as a cut out on the case and the convert it to an .svg online. I then import this into tinkercad and combine it with the case

I printed this on Makerbot Replicator 2 for my 5s and it did not fit.

What are the problems? is too small, wide, long or deep?

What did you use for a radius for the cornwrs

I think I used 10mm not sure though could be a bit more or less :)

Thank you for the scaling percentages. Had to figure out each axis's exact millimeters individually, since you can only scale by percentage if it's set to uniform scaling. Works out to:
X: 64.28mm
Y: 130.49mm
Z: 12.24mm

Seems to fit well!

Your welcome!
Can I use your X,Y,Z... measurements in the instructions of all my cases?

how come this doesn't fit my 5s? it looks like the corners came up a bit but I'm using pla. neither this case nor other cases fit well on my phone. Any way to compensate for warping?

You could try to scale the height to more than a 100%, This could help or you have to print with raft-layers.

It appears this is designed for the 5s
If you have an iPhone 5c you'll want to scale this as follows:
102% X
101% Y
120% Z
(Printed 25% fill on Makerbot 2x with those scale factors it worked great on a 5c)

Thank you, I already wasn't sure if it would fit. ;)
can I copy your scale% for instructions?

Sure thing; glad it is helpful!
