is this compatible with the taz 5?

yep, per the description: "www.itworks3d.com developed this E3D Titan Aero based toolhead for the LulzBot TAZ 5 and 6 https://itworks3d.com/product/lulzbot-taz-e3d-titan-aero-toolhead/ "

what is the difference between the 1.75mm and 3mm duct tips?

The 1.75mm duct is 3mm shorter per the 1.75mm Titan Aero heatbreak being 3mm shorter.

This is very well designed and light weight. Thanks for sharing this!

You're welcome!

what would be the recommended filament for this? HPLA, PLA, ABS?

ABS, PETG, a stiff grade of nylon, or some other filament with a higher softening temperature

Could you post a part number for the part cooling fan?

I've added them to the product page under "Q: What parts do I need to build my own E3D Titan Aero toolhead for LulzBot TAZ?"

The blower is a Delta BFB0524HH

Typo, corrected, BFB0524HH is the right part #

Is it the BFB0524HH? I am not finding a BB0524HH.

Any thoughts on making this for a dual setup with mirrored aero? I made one but it's less than stellar and would prefer a cleaner design

As LulzBot is working on a new dual, we aren't going to pursue one at this point.
