Hi,

Are you able to share source CAD files? I want to use it in my BT speakers.

could the solid printed side be removed from the STL so that 2 sides can be made out of nice wood or really thick perspex to highlight the maze ?

What bed size will this require (not at my slicer currently!)

THESE speakers?

Very cool design...does it have good bass?

Yep, thems the ones. The bass extension is decent for a pair of small speakers made out of plastic. If you're after good bass I recommend building this guy as well to get a tiny 2.1 system on your desktop:

Hello! Can you upload an editable CAD file? I would like to adapt it to my speaker driver. Thanks!

Nice job, tho i have a qustion. Since no speaker TS parameters are defined, how did you calculate the invert phase of the speaker and lenght of the maze? Also, there is no widening /thining of the maze, so how does it resonate to form a box function? dddline to lower the f3 of low freques, but still..i dont understand how did you calculate the invert phase lenght of maze?

It looks like a micro version of a 1/4 tline. So that port is probably recommended for the size speaker for optimal sound out of a mid or full range.

I know what you mean. This is a demo model for 3D printer, I will improve it later, I have got the formula before, and i will re-caculate the lengtht later. but its sounds better than the Akemake_spirula spearker after my test.

yep I am please to see maze speaker printable. The trick with wave length is that you can adapt it by adding a bit of foam horse hair or tissue somewhere...
Congratulation... I have a 404040 CR10. I will try to print something bigger for an 6 or 8 inch...

I'd love to see a big 8' print, so please post a picture once you do! i was thinking it would look really terrific in a wood pla and then sanded/stained.
