Hello, I am trying to print on CR-10 with Cura. I am having trouble with scaling it down. I have put it to 98% and flipped it upside down. Cura still will not let me splice it.

Please Help

Did you rotate it 90 degrees or so?

Hi, great model which I would like to print. Unfortunately I don't get the front half to fit on my CR-10 build plate.
I try to scale it down to 99% and to rotate it by 42°. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks!

What software are you using? I use Simplify3D. Maybe try scaling it down to 98%? I must save I have a very, very large head and it fits fine at 99% so I don't think you would have any problem at 98%.

Sorry for my late reply! I'm using Cura, but now I find a way to make it fit. I just remove the skirt and now it fits perfectly with 99% scale. Thanks for the nice model! :)

Any chance someone can break this down further? I only have a 200x200x200.

I DIDN'T :(

This is fantastic should have the money to get my CR-10 soon! Thanks for uploading these

Layer 0,2 or 0,3mm? :) Support?

I printed mine at .2. Yes I used supports. This is where it gets a bit complicated. I printed the back half standing right side up with supports touching the build plate only. I printed the front half upside down. I used some supports touching the build plate and some inside to support the rim that is under the chin.

Any chance you would share your Factory file? Just to make sure I have my supports right. How many hours for both pieces?
