what is the length of lead screw rod?

I'm sorry, what is the black part under X holder???

I have printed the top z mounts but they both seem to be the same size do I have to just invert them ?

still require 110 T-Slot nuts?

40 by my count, for anyone else wondering this. and these appear to be for 9mm long nuts. the ones I have are 10 so I'm modifying everything

the top mount for the rods should have the hole for the 608 bearing from top not bottom to prevent it from droping down the rods after some use

You can invert it if you want it from the top, but it has enough grip to hold standard 608s in place. I have been using mine and it hasn't move any.

T-Slot nuts like these:http://www.ebay.com/itm/172744648276 (size EU20-M5x10x6) ?

Yes, the ones for 20-series

I like the idea of constraining the Z axis leadscrew even if you don't put a bearing on it. I plan to use your Z axis top plate as a result. I see that you didn't provide a left and right version. Do some slicers do mirror images?

Cura, Slic3r, Slic3r PE, Craftware, Simplify3D all support mirroring.

With Slic3r, you have to load the model twice and mirror one of them.

Thanks for reporting. I seem to have uploaded an older copy I had. I uploaded a fixed block with 13mm clearance. You can either print the new block, or fix the tensioner by filing the bottom arm part by 1.5mm. A few swipe on a sand paper on a table should do the trick.

Already fixed my self.
