Well I take it I wont get no response as I havent on my last one. but what stepper motor is this used for ? not the original stepper as its not wide enough unless I am being stupid

Hi, I've used the default stepper motors from Anet A8. They have "Anet Step Motor" written behind

Hey, uhm there is like two spaces inside the base that looks like screwholes but they are covered on the top?? I can't figure out what they are for!

I don't see them on Cura (or even on the 3d preview on this website). Those were wrong holes I covered. You shouldn't see them

do you have pics and specs (screw sizes to use etc?

M3 screws, like everything on Anet A8.

Not printing properly with mattercontrol or Simplify3d..

Hi, i've the same problem, i've opened it on Tinkercad, flip it (i want my extruder at left) and export to STL, now no more trouble to print it.

Thanks, I'll add it to the description and credit you

Any way to flip this so it can fit on the left hand side of the printer ??? Needed asap thank you :)

Have you tried to scale to -1 on the X axis in your slicer? This should do the trick as the Anet A8 acrylic parts are symetric ;)

Yes. There is also the mirror tool on Cura

There is a mirror tool under the move, scale, and rotate options.

will motor cover the screw?

Comments deleted.

Can you post some pictures of how this mounted? Thanks!!

Done. I'll add the motor once my e3d v6 arrives from China

Here is one of the last tests (just the first layer printed, to see if all the positions are right): http://imgur.com/a/mHNxv
NB: this is the latest version I just uploaded and everything seems fine. I'll print it tonight

still adjusting the hole position. I'll post pictures once I'm done :)
