There still seem to be some remaining issues w/ at least 1 of the obj files. For the #1 there's a bubble of triangles inside the part in the inner radius tower on top. There's also a small surface feature that starts in mid air. I'm trying to correct both in MeshMixer but it seems to want to corrupt the detail of the outer surface along the way.
I think I see where the artifact in body 1 originated. Found a larger 'feature' in body 3 as well as another small surface detail that starts in mid air.
The ramp has some strange stuff going on inside as well. It won't fail to print, but seems like artifacts from the design process.

Thanks for the detailed make instructions and video! My kids are gonna love this - if I can manage to print it all out :)

What is that freestanding double-door track piece that can be seen in the bottom right of the video? Is that another 3d print?

The double-door piece came with one of my neo track sets. I was considering making my own version of it but I didn't need another one.

The model is a lot of printing, but it is quite unique and fun. Remember to print the updated files to save time and filament :)

Good luck!

these models seem to have a good amount of non manifold edges, i'm making solids of them to optimize printing.

Did you ever finish? I've been having a heck of a time w/ ramp.stl. It's a complete mess. I got main body 1 & 3 sort-of-fixed as they only had minor issues.

What is happening when you try to print it? I never had issues and someone else uploaded pictures of it completed.
I was an absolute novice when I tackled this project and I only owned the MP Mini printer. I certainly would have done a better job today.

Sorry, I'd been fighting Meshmixer and Fusion360 not playing nice w/ my efforts when I commented. Here's the main issue w/ the side of the ramp. The gaps in the surface texture have created internal pockets that are printing as external shells. I also attached other things I found in another comment earlier. I've fixed everything I needed to w/ body 1 and 3 to make them easier for me to print. Seems they had some artifacts from modeling that left internal voids so I removed them. Had to smooth out a couple of tunnel roof features so they wouldn't start in mid air.
Don't feel bad about your efforts. Way more complicated than anything I'd done my first 6mon. I have no idea how you created the rock texture on the sides.
