I like your design very much but I found some failure while slicing with S3D
It seems that the "top holder" was made from three seperated parts - S3D now tries to slice them but leave gaps beneath the pins :(
I fixed it with first seperated the part and then sliced it as three parts overlapping.

same here
but im using matter control.

using .2 layer height.

the bottom layer is 1 layer thick
the gear holders wont even print and just turn to spaghetti
then in around the holder there is nothing for 10 layers and the holder tries to print at layer 12 on 2 mm of air.
also the main part is 12 layers high.

edit: i fixed this by running the part through tinkercad i will post a remix for the fix
