Print them flat, maybe 3-4 layers thick, and while they're still hot pull them off of the build platform, bend them into the correct position, and hold them there until they cool.

If it has a powered propeller, technically it's not a glider.

That's not the case. Plenty of full sized, human carrying, gliders have engines. Maybe 50% of all those made in recent years. The defining thing is how well it flies with the engine off. For regulatory purposes the US FAA allows anything with two or fewer seats and with a maximum weight less than 850 kg and less than three times the wingspan (in meters) squared to be registered as a glider.
