on the 12mm and 18mm sensor one's ...
the print comes out as two seperate parts see picture ?

Thanks for the heads up, I swear it wasn't like that before! Should be fixed now.

How is this supposed to be fitted? It looks like the cooling fan/shroud should slide into place once the main body is fitted, yet looking at your photo that can't happen as the extruder nozzle would block it, nor can the main body be moved once the cooling fan is fitted as it covers the screws.

The fan duct snaps into place after the fan mount is slid onto the main body.

What size hardware(bolts and nuts) is this designed around for the sensor adjuster

3mm, and I think I used a 20mm for the adjusters.

I tried to slice it with Repetier-Host V2.01 and the fist layer is blank. The print Preview for the object is not showing till layer 2. any ideas on what the problem is?

Not sure, I always slice with Cura.

Love the idea and look. What were the settings that you printed with and what face was down?

Thanks! I was printing faster than I should have at 90mm/s and 100% fill, just re-doing test prints, so it's not the prettiest in the pic. I did the shroud and the fan mount both with the fan side down, I had done a previous print of the the shroud with the fan side up, which put the supports on the inside, but it took longer to print. The outside did look nicer as a result.
The duct is best printed as it sits, with no supports.
