Hi. Can you design one with 3 AA batteries stacked on top of each other?

Incorporating this into my device's case for my trinket M0. Needed 3v power and ran out of money at microcenter yesterday :L . thank you!

Printed this and it worked great. My only comment is if you decided to hit the wires with a little solder after they are wrapped, don't use PLA. LOL! Not the best idea. Voice of experience there.

I made these for my AA batteries. I am ecstatic! Excellent design and works great! I no longer have to wait for mail order/delivery of battery holders everytime I come up with an electronics project. Nor do I need any special battery terminal or clip hardware. I can't speak for the 18650, but eh AAs work great! Nice job!

Conseil d'impression :
4 lignes de wall
0.2/ligne
0.3 première ligne
skirt
no support
60mm/s (pas essayé plus vite)
sur AM8 (anet a8 modée profilé alu)
beaucoup plus solide lignes > remplissage
j'ai eu des ratés dus à une sous extrusion en mode 2 lignes de wall et 30% infill
en mode 4 lignes 0% infill =>100% solide !
à noter de ne pas forcer sur la ventilation, j'ai baissé la mienne à 75%

This is by far one of the best battery holders I've found.

I have one request... Can you make a cover that goes along with it? Something with either a small screw hole or that snaps on?

Very nice, would you be able to also provide a holder for 9V battery blocks? Thank you!

Hi! Can you make 3xAAA holder please?

Hi, I like the small footprint of this battery holder of yours. I printed the 18650 x1 version and did some test fit on it without the wires.

There are about 2 types of 18650 out there, I think mine didn't have protection circuit;65mm long while one with protection circuit should be close to 67mm (I think)

The thing is, with the 18650 version are suitable for the one with circuit and one without, it has about 1mm gap. Have yet to try winding the wire yet. But I personally think it is good to have the spring to be in contact with the battery which means no gaps.

My 18650 cells with the protection circuit are just over 70mm long so they didn't fit. Luckily this file is easy enough to copy and extend.

I made the AA_X4 version. I had support enabled but realized afterward that it wasn't needed. The batteries are very secure in the tray. I had it wired and running a couple minutes after the print finished. My only criticism is that the springs are too fragile. I cracked one of them while wiring and had to do a quick repair with some ABS slurry. I would recommend making the springs about 50% thicker and maybe add a coil. The triangular cutouts could be smaller as well since there are weak spots at the corners of the triangles. Overall it is quite functional and only took an hour to print at 100% fill.

Hi and thanks for your comment.

I use them frequently in my electronic projects and I have never had a problem with breakages.
I print them in ABS (Z-ABS / Zortrax) without support and 100% fill and they are resistant.

Have you tried other filaments?

Printed in PLA, .4 nozzle. Works like a charm! thank you

Cool, I'm waiting for 18650 version :)

I add 18650 version, I didn't try it because I don't have this king of battery.
Please give me your feed back

I would realy like a 6x Battery Holder
could you design it ?

It's ok, you can download the 6x battery holder.
Can you share a picture after printing please ? :)

Yes of course !
Give me a few minutes :)
