Please split the model for large prints and is there a scan of the bottom detail of the city ship to print as well?

Please split the city so we can print it at a larger scale. WE MUST VIEW THE LAND IN ITS FULL GLORY!

I printed one of these, its too detailed for a good print. So I made my own from scratch: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:926962
Im printing it now so I hope it comes out better!

Stargate Atlantis: City of Atlantis

Are you able to split it into different files. like one for each pier and one for the main city? pretty please? awesome design btw thanks a lot.

Would Be nice to split it up so we can print it at 50%
anyone know how?

Hey This is amazing!! But if I were to print it how big would it be?

This model was made by Chris Diston for Scifi-meshes.com a few years ago, he also made a Daedalus model that I'm printing in a few days. :)

Boycott The Stargate REBOOT! Roland Emmerich hates Stargate and it's fans

Hi, someone can tell me how many time it cost to print it with a Replicator 2X ??

hi there,
awesome, just awesome. short question when you print it do you have supports turned on or off? Are the supports needed?
If not it would be much easier to clean after printing since you dont have to remove supports and damaging it is also a thing if you have to remove supports.
I want to print it but first wanted to now if supports on or off. Answer much apprieciated.
best regards,

Yay! Thanks to lockton9334 for fixing this mesh!

Anyone skilled at repairing meshes? This thing has a couple of holes in it that make it unprintable, and I have no idea how to fix it.

I've managed to fix it using netfabb (link below). It now imports in Slic3r 0.9.8 and fits on my build platform scaled at 20% but i don't think it would print great at that scale.

Hard to say anything but WOW! Downloading it before someone has it pulled down for some reason!

Well, after having a closer look you can tell its a recreation rather than something from the actual show, one of the piers is the wrong shape (in the show its actually asymmetrical) but in this model its symmetrical. Doesn't change anything about it being awesome though!

I'm imagining a "playset" style print set of this, totalling 1 meter across...would be so much plastic...but so much awesome!!! :D

Simply amazing!, but can you make a modle of the Daedalus or Prometheus?

or even a puddle jumper...
